Dear Guest, here you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about travel to the Greek islands, visa procedures, and our services. If your question has not been answered, feel free to reach out to our customer representatives!
Our expert team is happy to answer your questions:
Ferry services to the Greek islands are operated from 6 different ports in Türkiye:
The fast ferry trip from Bodrum to Kos takes approximately 40-45 minutes. Morning and afternoon departures are available. During the summer season, multiple daily departures are operated.
The ferry trip from Fethiye to Rhodes takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes. Rhodes is the largest and most popular island of the Greek Dodecanese.
Especially in the summer season (June-September), ferries fill up quickly. We recommend making a reservation at least 1-2 weeks in advance. During holidays and public holiday periods, it is advisable to plan even earlier.
The cancellation and refund processes for ferry tickets after purchase are subject to the terms of our 9-Point Cancellation and Refund Policy published on our website. Ticket reinstatement or date change procedures are subject to the rules of the carrier company.
Typically, each passenger is allowed 1 hand luggage + 1 medium-sized suitcase (max 20 kg) free of charge. Extra baggage allowances may vary depending on the carrier.
Yes, vehicle ferry services are available on some routes. However, additional documents such as an international driving permit and international insurance (Green Card) are required for bringing a vehicle into Greece.
Absolutely! The ferry companies we work with operate modern, well-equipped vessels that comply with international maritime safety standards.
Before boarding the ferry, Turkish border gate exit procedures are carried out, and upon arrival at the Greek island, Greek entry passport control is performed. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
Special discounted child fares are applied for infant and child passengers on ferry trips. During booking, the child discount is calculated automatically by the system based on the date of birth.
Yes, Greece is part of the Schengen area. For Turkish citizens who do not hold a valid Schengen visa or a green passport, the Visa on Arrival application is available. With a visa on arrival, you can stay on the island for up to 7 days.
Visa application at the door, file coordination and consulate fee are fixed at a net 90 € per person. Discounted fee rates apply to our guests who are children under 12 years old.
You can travel with visa on arrival to the following islands:
Visa approval authority rests entirely with the consulate of the relevant country. Our agency ensures that your application file is prepared completely, in compliance with regulations, and professionally.
After your consulate appointment, the visa is usually processed within an average of 7-15 business days. During peak season this process may take longer, so early application is recommended.
In the event of a visa refusal, the grounds for refusal stated by the consulate are reviewed. In accordance with official regulations, travelers whose visa has been refused must pay attention to the consulate's rules when applying again.
Greece is in the Eurozone. The Euro (€) is valid on all islands. Credit card usage is quite common in businesses.
Communication in Turkish and English is quite common at businesses in the touristic areas of the Aegean islands.
