Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

BUYER / CONSUMER:

The natural or legal person who purchases or books ticket, tour or visa consultancy services through the website blueferrytravel.com.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and performance of tourism tours, ferry tickets and visa consultancy services ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website blueferrytravel.com.

ARTICLE 3 – NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND TICKETING

3.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read the preliminary information on the website regarding the main features, sale price and payment method of the ferry ticket or tour they purchase, and that they have confirmed this electronically.

3.2. Since ferry tickets are issued personally and are subject to the rules of the carrier companies, no cancellation or refund of the fee is made after ticketing.

ARTICLE 4 – CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to subparagraph (g) of Article 15, "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal," of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the CONSUMER may not exercise the right of withdrawal in "contracts for accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages, and contracts concerning the use of free time for entertainment or recreation purposes that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period." Accordingly, no refund is made for ferry tickets.

ARTICLE 5 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

For disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; for cases exceeding this value, the Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized.
